Thrifty
Conditions and General Information |

Drivers age: Min 21 years
-
Drivers License: A valid license to
drive a manual vehicle is the min. requirement & must be sighted at
commencement of hire.

Depots: 22 on and off airports. Servicing
14 major cities & towns. Rates include: GST, unlimited kms & insurance
plus 24 hr road side customer service.

Minimum hire: 1 day same depot, 3
days min. one way hires each island. Cars not taken on ferry.

Bond: (Insurance excess) NZ$2800
which is taken by credit card imprint on arrival and destroyed if vehicle
returned in undamaged condition. Cash not an option. Bond waiver: (CDW) The
bond can be reduced to NZ$ Nil by paying a non-refundable extra NZ$13 per
day.

Branch hours: 7am -6 pm Monday - Friday.
8am - 4pm Saturday. Sundays by pre-arrangement. All flights met on arrival.

Airport transfers\ferry $13.50.

Extras: (per rental) Baby & Child
seats NZ$30 each. Snow racks & chains NZ$30 each.Extra driver charge NZ$3 per day after 2 drivers.
